The quality of the fitting couple with the professionalism of the fitter we are extreamly please with the whole services. we had a hands free fitted in our car and you would think its factory fitted. Also the cost of the fitting was great value for money. I took my Holden van to the Holden dealer last Friday after having to wait for a week to find a spot for them to diagnose a central locking issue which suddenly stopped working. After they spent 5 hours diagnosing and investigating, they were still unable to confirm the cause of issue. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service manager and his response was the only way to fix the issue was to replace the body control unit and the wiring harness. As this would probably cost over $2k, I decided to call Daniel yesterday at Complete options and book my vehicle in. This morning, within 2 hours,, he was able to diagnose the and also carry out the repair. Definitely recommend Complete Options. Thank you 5 stars.

Very experienced and professional lot of guys! I'm quite fussy where i take my cars to for anything. Been going to Daniel since 2010 and not once have i ever been let down. They've done everything to all my cars from security to the sound system to lighting. They are hands down the best in business, great workmanship and go above and beyond your expectations. By far the most professional, helpful and friendly audio place I've ever been too. Can't recommend this place enough. They do great work and have great customer service. Have taken many cars there for all sorts of work and have always been 100% happy. If your looking for a good professional shop to install audio etc. this is where you should be going!

I've been going to daniels shop for almost 8 years, I've owned 10 vehicles since then and have been upgrading my stereo/sub/lighting systems since with no issues. For all the negative comments about blowing up your subs,maybe dont max out your sound systems to a point it destorys your ear drums.

Came in with a rush, my car's mongoose alarm was going off every minute, drove from the city to clayton south with the alarm going off.
Came in with basically no booking, and they were able to fix the alarm very quickly, had breakfast came back and was done soon after.
If I need anything more will come back :3

Got a quote for supply & install of a replacement remote system for my wife's old car - we'd lost one of the original remotes, and the other was dead. Daniel installed it whilst I waited - very quick and friendly service, with a great quality remote system installed for a very fair price. Could not be happier with the entire process and would not hesitate returning in the future.

Having just picked my new car, now fitted with new Focals and Sub, the sound is soooo good! The service from Complete was more than 'complete'; it was superb! They even let have a loan car so I didn't have to make their place untidy with me hanging around while they worked.
They finished as they predicted, the job went smoothly (because they know what they are about) and the sound is a vast improvement on factory supplied.
I would not hesitate to recommend Complete Options for any after market additions to your vehicle. Great job guys!

Been using them for all my cars for 16yrs. That's includes brand new Audi, Mercedes, Lexus to my hobby cars like 300zx, 200sx, EVO and the commercial van. Always have a solution to what I wanted. Not the cheapest but they would definitely recommend the right product and won't bucher you car like lots of dodgy one out there.

I called up the day before, and the guys there were able to squeeze me in the next day. They work hard and they do an awesome job! Had my alpine type R shallow sub installed with amp and wiring kit. I am very happy with the quality of work and would definitely go back for other installations!
Time management was very good too! Any other car audio dealer that is comparible with their prices wouldve taken twice as long and i would question there workmanship. However James did a Great job on my car.
